If you have simply changed your mind about a purchase, we DO NOT provide refunds. We can however provide exchanges. Customers may apply for an exchange of items within 48 hours of receiving their package. Items can be exchanged or returned in the following cases:

  • The item received is defective.
  • The item received is a different product from what you ordered.

Furthermore, the merchandise must be:

  • in saleable condition;
  • unused with all original packaging;
  • returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the merchandise (if applicable)
  • Exchange of defective/incorrect product will be delivered at our cost
